Who we are

What we collect

The information you send through the contact form is the only personal data we collect:

• Contact form: your name, email address, and the content of your message.
• Technical data: when you load the Site, our hosting provider automatically records standard server information such as your IP address, browser type, and the time of the request. This is used only to serve the Site securely and reliably.
• We do not use analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising cookies, and we do not create user accounts.

How we use your information

We use the information you send through the contact form solely to read and respond to your enquiry and, if it leads to work, to communicate with you about a possible engagement. We do not sell your personal data or use it for advertising.

Legal basis

Where the GDPR or Azerbaijani data-protection law applies, we process contact-form data on the basis of your consent (given when you submit the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running our business.

Third-party services

To run the Site and the contact form we rely on a few trusted providers, who process data on our behalf:

• Web3Forms — delivers contact-form submissions to us by email. Your form data passes through Web3Forms' servers.
• hCaptcha (Intuition Machines, Inc.) — protects the contact form from spam and abuse. hCaptcha may collect device and usage data and set its own cookies to tell humans from bots.
• Cloudflare — hosts and serves the Site, and processes technical and server-log data (including IP addresses) for delivery and security.
• Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy.

Cookies

We do not set cookies for analytics or advertising. The only cookies that may be set are those placed by hCaptcha for its anti-abuse function when it loads on the contact form.

Data retention

We keep contact-form messages only as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and for any resulting business relationship, after which we delete them. Server logs are retained by our hosting provider for a limited period for security purposes.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email us at sales@devadamlar.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

International transfers

Our providers may process data on servers outside your country. Where required, they rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent version.
